Who we are
Illumino, a charitable incorporated organisation registered in England and Wales, charity number 1219075, is responsible for your information. You can reach us at illuminocharity@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the subject you choose and your message. We use them only to read and answer your message, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us, or your consent where you tell us something sensitive.
Where it is kept
Each message is stored on the server that hosts this website and sent to Illumino’s email account. We do not sell or share it, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
How long we keep it
Only for as long as we need it to deal with your message and keep a proper record. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose the light or dark look, your choice is remembered in your own browser. People who edit the website use a sign-in cookie.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us to do so. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
